How does the process work?
Reach Out – Visit our shop page to start your project, order a Keepsakery box or fill out the order form for your digital photos.
Submit Your Materials – Using the Keepsakery box, mail us your photos, artwork, or memorabilia or share your digital photos with us.
Proofing – Within 5 business days of receiving your items, you’ll receive a digital proof to review and approve. You’ll receive the chance to make 1 round of changes complimentary. Additional changes after that are billed at $75 per round of changes.
Delivery – Your custom keepsake will be professionally printed, bound, and shipped directly to you.
What are the steps to complete a project?

Step 2– Once we receive your art or digital photos the creative process begins!
Step 3 – You receive a digital proof for review and approval
Step 4 – After your approval, your book ships!

How does pricing and payment work?
Keepsakery books are billed in two parts:
1. Book Deposit (Paid Up Front):
To reserve your spot and get started, you'll pay a flat deposit. This goes toward the total cost of your book and helps cover early design and prep time.
2. Final Payment (Due at Approval):
Once your proof is complete and you’ve approved the final design, I’ll send you an invoice for the remaining balance. The total is based on how many pieces of artwork or photos you included (you can find full pricing details here).
Nothing goes to print until you're happy with the book and the final invoice is paid.

Can I gift a keepsake to someone else?
Absolutely! Keepsakery albums make heartfelt, personalized gifts for birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, and more. We also offer gift certificates for loved ones who want to create a keepsake of their own.
What if I’m not sure how to organize my materials?
No worries—we’ve got you! We can guide you through the process, helping you select, arrange, and refine your materials to tell a clear and compelling story. Think of it as a collaborative curation experience. Unsure of how to go through all of your photos and pick the best ones? We have professional photo editing help you sort through everything.
I don’t want a book, can you just digitize my artwork, cards or other items?
Yes! No problem! We can photograph and digitize items. See our pricing page for details.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
At the moment, we ship primarily within the U.S. If you’re located elsewhere, please reach out—we may be able to accommodate international orders on a case-by-case basis.
